Based on your provided detailed model name,product pictures,description, specification,order quantity,packaging requirement,target price and other information, we help you to look for the suitable products and suppliers in china. verify them on your behalf and help you negotiate price.
2) New supplier legality verification
It is very important and necessary to verify new suppliers before you place them orders or pay them deposit. Visiting their company is the best way, especially for new suppliers. As per your request,We go to the new supplier's company to audit their business licence, export licence, managerment system, quality control ability, production capacity ,R&D and other certificates or licences they shoud have. We will take some pictures onsite, then send you the pictures and a brief supplier assessment report.
3) Order follow-up , in-production quality inspection
After you placing supplier orders, we will help you follow up your order production and do quality inspeciton. During the production, we will random pick up some of the products from production lines, then do a full in-house inspection based on your approved sample or specifications. we will take some pictures onsite and report the testing result . if any quality problems was found, we will follow up the quality settlement process .We also can help you with arranging the third party quality testing as per your request.
4) Pre-shipment quality inspection
Before the goods was deliveried from supplier's warehouse, as per your request,We will go to the supplier's warehouse , random pick up some of the finished products to do a full in-house quality inspection,then email you the testing report and pictures.We will record the container loading condition onsite.then send the contain loading pictures to you for your review. Pre-shipment quality inspection is not a must if you have done the in-production quality inspection already. if you did not do the in-production quality inspection, the pre-shipment quality inspection will become very critical and necessary.Because this is the last step you can control the product quality.
5) Logistics and shipping documents
After goods was deliveried, we will cooperate with your forwarding company to ensure all of the shipping documents was made and relased on time. If you do not have you own freight forwarding company in china. We can help you look for the suitable freight forwarders.
