3) Supplier legality verification
Many buyers were scamed by fake suppliers becasue they did not verify their supplier before payment.It is very important and necessary to verify new suppliers before placing order. We will go to the supplier's company to check their business licence, export licence, managerment system, quality control ability, production capacity ,R&D and other certificates or licences they shoud have. We will take some pictures in their company and send buyer a brief supplier assessment report for buyer decision making.it is very risky if buyer do not verify sellers before buying from new suppliers.
4) Order follow-up , Products quality inspection
After buyer place order to supplier, We will help buyer with following up the order production and go to the supplier's company to do quality inspection during production or before delivery to ensure good quality and timely delivery.We will random pick up some of the products from production lines, then do a full in-house inspection based on your approved sample or specifications.Take some pictures onsite and report buyer the finding . if any quality problems was found, We will follow up the quality settlement process until it is solved finally.
5) Pre-shipment quality inspection
Before the goods was deliveried from supplier's company,We will go to the supplier's warehouse , random pick up some of the finished products to do a full in-house quality inspection,then email buyer the testing report and pictures.We will inspect and record the container loading onsite.then email buyer the container loading pictures.
6) Logistics and shipping documents making
We will help you with contacting the freight forward company for the shipping. After goods was deliveried,We will cooperate with your forwarding company to ensure all of the shipping documents was made and sent to you on time. If you do not have you own freight forwarding company in china. We will recommend you the suitable freight forwarders we trust..
